I wasn't planning to return to PF Chang's, our past few visits were uncomfortable, the building was cold, the food wasn't great, and the scented restroom soap was overpowering.
On Wednesday we did return and I'm so glad we gave this restaurant another chance. The food was great this time and the waitstaff was attentive and polite.
One "issue" I have is that I have been spoiled in years past at PF Changs. Waiters used to mix a sauce at the table for the lettuce wraps, and no one seems to know how to do that now! Lost art? Haha! But what happened?! I miss that -but overall a good experience.
The pineapple icecream was great but the tiny blueberry desert was like eating jelly, it even came in a little jar. The small deserts seem like such a great idea. We always enjoy reading the fortunes in the fortune cookies though!

Saturday night I brought my mom here for dinner, my treat.  Our experience is not at all what I hoped it would be for several reasons.  First, I would assume they were very short staffed given the lack of attentiveness from our server and that it took almost an hour for our entrees to come out when the restaurant was OVER half empty..We had to ask for silverware and one silverware roll did not have chopsticks so I had to wait another 10-15 mins to get someones attention to ask for those.  We ordered a bottle of wine and the server brought it out and set down the bottle with two glasses and walked off...he did not pour our glasses or a taste to make sure we liked it before purchasing the entire bottle.  In fact, every item he brought out to us he would basically toss on the table - clanking that glass or plate into the others already on the table and would just walk off without saying anything.  Anytime we would ask for something, it seemed like we were being annoying to our server..he would say "I got chu" and walk off...I normally wouldn't mind but kind of unprofessional being that I was out treating my mother. Overall service was definitely 1 star.

Now as for food, the food was a 3 star.  With the Changs Lettuce Wraps, we had a tremendous amount of lettuce in comparison to the meat mixture we were served.  The Mongolian Potstickers, I do not recommend.  They are full on fried which is not mentioned on the description.  We actually had to ask our waiter if he brought us the right appetizer because they certainly did not look like potstickers.  Our street noodles were luke warm and garlic chili green beans tasty but soggy.  The beef with broccoli was the best item we had, not complaints there.  I ordered a dessert to go as well and the waiter forgot about it - I had to remind him when he came by to pick up our tip money while we were still sitting there waiting on it!

Pf Changs has always been a reliable place to eat with satisfying meals so I hate to have to express my disappointment in this experience.

    In a word: meh.

Our party of five arrived not long after opening (11 a.m.) to a server who told us, more than once, that he wasn't on his A-game because he'd had to wake up early. He messed up one order in our party as a result, but I don't feel like having to wake up early excuses him from doing his job well.

My dish tasted good. My wife's was mediocre. My mother-in-law's chicken-and-broccoli dish had more broccoli than chicken. Literally. The chef gave her almost a full head of broccoli, which is ridiculous. The chef didn't even cut the broccoli into manageable portions; they were all big florets that are noticeably larger than bite sized.

For what you're getting, you're better off spending less money per person on your nearest Chinese buffet. At least then, everybody will be able to pick the amount of each food they want. Nobody will be stuck with tons of veggies when they (supposedly) ordered a chicken dish.

P.F. Chang's is not, after this initial experience, my go-to Chinese/Asian food place. I'll stick to Louisville's amazing Thai, Chinese, etc. places, as they're both cheaper and better in quality.

P.F. Chang's has beet hit or miss the past few times that I've been there. Definitely enough hits to keep me coming but still misses...stick to the classic dishes and don't go if you have time constraints.

We ordered an appetizer and two entrees to share and there was plenty left to take home. The lettuce wraps were great!

Our server recommended Chang's spicy chicken and it was really good. My personal experience lends to avoiding sushi.

The Great Wall of Chocolate was great! It's huge so get it to share with someone!

Unimpressive really. Our waitress had a completely flat affect and seemed unenthused about serving us. Every time she came to the table, she told us about another delay in our food or drinks. (At least she kept us updated though!) The presentation of the food was nice but pretty flavorless. It seemed like everything tasted the same as everything else. 3-stars instead of 2 for the drinks and the waitresses updates. I had the agave margarita and it was delicious.
